I’m a therapist with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Adelphi University. I chose this path because I believe in the power of genuine connection and the healing that comes from feeling truly seen and supported. Helping others navigate their struggles isn’t just what I do — it’s my purpose.
My journey into this field is deeply personal. During a challenging time in my life, I turned to shows and other media that explored the importance of friendship and trust — helping me recognize the value of true connection, emotional resilience, and believing in yourself. These lessons stayed with me and now guide the work I do with my clients.
I work through a trauma-informed lens, but adapt my approach to fit each client’s individual needs and experiences. I'm LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where everyone feels welcome and respected.
At the core of my work is a strong belief that healing begins with self-love. Before we can fully care for others, we must learn to love and accept ourselves. I help clients challenge negative thinking patterns and reshape them into more compassionate, empowering beliefs — because true change starts from within.
